“We provide advisory services to clients who are usually much larger than us, which means that on the other side of the table is often a lawyer drafting or reviewing the contracts,” Repo explains and continues: “From the start, we wanted to make sure all our agreements were in order. Such an agreement provides the client with an outsourced legal department at Lindblad & Co and includes an agreed amount of negotiations and document reviews annually, which is always less expensive than having them billed hourly.
