Advoc M&A Conference in London

We were present at the Advoc M&A Conference in London (28-29.2.2016).
The Advoc M&A Conference was held at the London Mayfair Millennium Hotel this year. There were about 120 M&A practicing lawyers and other advisors attending the Conference.
Valuation methodologies in the global M&A market, dual track exit strategies, M&A deals on the media and digital market as well as a successful sale from the client’s perspective were some of the topics of the conference.
