Lindblad & Co Assisted ESSOTE in a Long-Running Damages Case

In 2020, the South Savo Social and Health Care Authority (Essote) became involved in a tort case which was originally heard in the district court and was later appealed to the court of appeals. Lindblad & Co assisted Essote throughout the entire process. In both instances, the court rulings were favorable to Essote.
